## onboarding

Once you sign up you must authenticate to jobber. The application only works with jobber and does not work without jobber. 


1. we need to set up your mail sending records for your domain
2. we need to get you a custom 10DLC in order to send SMS messages. Fill out the phone number application as soon as you onboard.
3. the onboarding call is required.


## pricing

Tooldesk pricing starts at $199, and increases based on the number of SMS and Email credits purchased. Most users don't need to spend more to see great results. $20 for each extra 1000 SMS credits.

There is a limit on the number of SMS you can send each month based on:

- age of your phone number
- delivery reputation

Additionally new customers must first go through a process where we procure a dedicated phone number for them and get their 10DLC A2P campaign approved.
